You aren’t broken. You’re just living in a world built for a different brain.
Hi, I’m Lauren (she/her). My lived experience with AuDHD, DCD, and OCD isn't just a list of labels, it is the foundation of my coaching. I live and breathe the neurodivergent experience every day, both in my own skin and as a mother to two neurodivergent teens, one with AuDHD and one with ASD (Autism). I know the beautiful chaos, the masking, the burnout, and the absolute exhaustion of trying to fit into neurotypical boxes.
If you are looking for support that understands that your brain isn't broken, it just needs a different set of instructions, you are in the right place. I work with neurodivergent adolescents and adults to help you better understand and embrace your natural wiring, and craft a life that honours your unique brain. My practice is strengths-based, meeting you exactly where you are.
I support clients aged 13 and up, with or without a formal diagnosis, with a passionate focus on:
Neurodivergent Teens navigating school and life.
Late-Diagnosed Women rewriting their personal narratives.
AuDHD Individuals balancing the unique dynamics of both Autism and ADHD.
Coaching Services
Lauren is an ADHD and AuDHD coach. She provides her coaching services via online sessions to support clients aged 13 and over in developing self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable strategies for daily life. Lauren works to help clients reframe their ADHD and AuDHD as a unique neurological difference rather than a deficit, recognising the creativity, intuition, and potential it brings.
ADHD and AuDHD
ADHD and AuDHD are both categorised as neurodivergent. To understand the relationship between these conditions, you can explore the meaning of the term "neurodiverse" and the key differences between ADHD and AuDHD. Click here for further details on these and other diagnoses.
Meet Lauren
Diagnosed with AuDHD in her early 40s and raising two neurodiverse children, Lauren understands neurodivergence on both a personal and professional level. With her background in health, education, and now coaching, she’s passionate about using her experience to guide and empower others. She completed training in an accredited ADHD coach training program through the premier institution ADDCA, and also regularly builds upon her skills and existing neurodivergent knowledge through professional development and learning.
