Coaching Policies
Bright Fox ADHD Coaching is committed to protecting your privacy and personal information in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
We collect, use, and disclose your personal information responsibly to provide you with effective coaching services and tailored support. Our practices ensure transparency regarding:

The Coaching Policies are detailed in the Welcome Packet, which is emailed to clients following their exploratory booking. This packet includes the Coaching Agreement, which all clients are required to sign, thereby agreeing to the policies outlined. The agreement outlines all Bright Fox ADHD Coaching policies, procedures, and relevant information.
PLEASE NOTE: for GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) with UK clients, Bright Fox takes all notes on paper to be destroyed at the completion of a session and never stored. Only the Coaching Agreement is retained for contractual consent purposes. UK client information is never shared with third parties.
All Client Information is destroyed and shared at the client's request. Client information is stored for 2 years, unless requested to be destroyed by the client when coaching ceases.
Children’s Privacy
Our services are not intended to be booked by individuals who are under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
