Currently, I see anyone who is aged 16 years and over. All clients are required to sign a coaching agreement to commence services. ‘Minor’ clients aged 16 or 17 years old will also require parental permission to take them as a client.

I run my session online via Zoom. This means you can chat in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you. Sessions run for 45 minutes on average, and it is recommended that you have three sessions per month. However, the frequency is up to you, and we can discuss it along our journey together.

Not at all!
You can see me for coaching sessions, no matter what your brain structure is. You do not have to have a formal diagnosis and may want support because you suspect you have ADHD/AuDHD, have a family member or work colleague who is neurodivergent, or be neurotypical and just feel the need for a supporting coaching partner to help you along your life path. No matter your situation, coaching is targeted to you and your needs, no matter where you are in life or what your brain structure is.

Your first exploratory session is complimentary. This meeting gives us a chance to talk about what you’re looking for in coaching and how the process will work. After that, you can book your first paid session and you’ll receive a Welcome Packet with helpful information to support your journey.
Each session is paid for on the day of your appointment via direct authorised Credit Card deposit; however, a cost-effective 5-session package is also available. With this package, your fifth session is significantly discounted, and you’ll have three months to use all five sessions. -
If you are in Australia and have been formally diagnosed with ADHD or AuDHD, you may be eligible for support through the Australian Employment Assistance Fund (EAF). ADHD coaching is recognised under Specialist Mental Health Support, which can help you manage workplace challenges such as time management and organisation. The EAF may provide up to approximately $1,680 per year to assist with coaching services. You can find more information, including eligibility criteria and how to apply, through the relevant EAF resources.
I am not an NDIS Provider; however, if you have a self-managed NDIS plan, you may be able to claim my session fees. Please check your eligibility before booking, as I cannot be held responsible for whether your plan will reimburse these costs.
Please note that ADHD/AuDHD coaching is not classified as an Allied Health profession and therefore is not covered by Medicare or Mental Health Care Plans in Australia.

Not at all. I work with clients from locations around the world; however, please note that all sessions are conducted in English. Because of time zone differences, appointment availability may be more limited for international clients. Additionally, as each country has its own privacy laws, I encourage you to review my Privacy Policy to ensure you feel comfortable proceeding with my services.
