Meet Lauren (she/her)

Diagnosed with AuDHD in her early 40s and raising two neurodiverse children, Lauren understands neurodivergence on both a personal and professional level. With her background in health, education, and now coaching, she’s passionate about using her experience to guide and empower others. She has completed training in an accredited ADHD coach training program through the premier institution ADDCA, and also regularly builds upon her skills and existing neurodivergent knowledge through professional development and learning.

Coaching Services

Lauren is an ADHD and AuDHD coach. She provides her coaching services via online sessions to support clients aged 16 and over in developing self-awareness, resilience, and sustainable strategies for daily life. Lauren works to help clients reframe their ADHD and AuDHD as a unique neurological difference rather than a deficit, recognising the creativity, intuition, and potential it brings.
